Katy Kinney

Hi there! I’m Katy Kinney, a Dating & Relationship Coach and co-founder of Goddess Of Light Retreates with my dear friend Jenny Capri! As a passionate pursuer of personal growth and development of the mind, body, and soul, I have been a hungry student of inner work since my childhood. This drive, grown from a necessity to escape brainwashing, anxiety, and depression, I’ve found healing for myself and others through an effective bouquet of spiritual and energetic practices. In my years working with women professionally, I’ve found it incredibly helpful to draw from a vast toolbag of techniques to address the many avenues of healing. We utilize consciousness training, focused gratitude, nutrition, physical movement, meditation, breath work, sound baths affirmations, plant medicine, and more.

I’ve been inspired by the work of Allen Watts, Martha Beck, Rumi, Ester Hicks, Mike Peterson, and Alexandra Roxo. And all people from our time, put here to aid us on on our journey to wholeness. I believe that each of us holds a spiritual divinity inside of us, that we can learn to tap into, to help heal our hearts and lead more fulfilled, authentic, joyful lives. Each of our paths are unique and filled with twists and turns but ultimately, we are led to find the people and tools meant to guide us. We are incredibly honored to work with your willing spirits!
